Simran Kochar is the Flooring Division Manager at Stone Design Concepts, where she leads the company’s flooring division and partners with builders, developers, and industry professionals to deliver high-quality flooring and surface solutions for residential and commercial projects.

With a career spanning hospitality, real estate, and construction, Simran has built a reputation for cultivating strong relationships, solving complex challenges, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Beyond her professional role, Simran is deeply committed to strengthening the industry she proudly serves. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association (GOHBA) as Chair of the Mentorship & Education Committee, where she helps create opportunities for emerging professionals through mentorship, education, and industry engagement. She is also actively involved in community leadership, having chaired the Elmwood Gala and supported numerous charitable and industry initiatives throughout Ottawa.
